The UCL Institute for Global Health (IGH) is a world-leading centre of research and teaching excellence in global health. We believe there is no single solution to the world’s health problems. A cross-disciplinary approach is at the heart of our research and teaching, and we draw on the expertise of over 200 staff from across UCL.

DB Peru

Medical Director (to 2019)

 

 Working with local leaders, DB Peru works to improve access to healthcare and education in the most remote villages along the lower Napo River in the Peruvian Amazon. The mission of DB Peru is to partner with local communities to facilitate sustainable access to healthcare and education for the people of the Amazon.

Established in 2016, the Altro Foundation is dedicated to transforming healthcare spaces to help some of the most vulnerable communities around the world. Our vision is to improve the quality of life for the more vulnerable communities around the world with innovative spaces that transform their experience of healthcare.
